WHAT IS THE TIME FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS?

Once your order is confirmed, the parcel shipping time is 3 to 5 business days (Standard parcel service) or 1 to 2 business days (Express parcel service), however, this time is independent of the packaging time of orders.

If your order requires laser customization, the average production time is 14 business days and 7 business days for vinyl customization, independent of the days of package delivery.

For its part, customization with vinyl is carried out with the best quality equipment using Vinyl as a material, which is resistant to water and heat. If the following instructions are not followed, which are included in the manuals of our products, it is possible that the personalized vinyl name could be damaged or peeled off, so we have prepared a list of recommendations that can help you preserve it:

• Cleaning by hand is best, avoid using a dishwasher.

• Gently wash the surface with sponges to avoid damaging the product.

• For washing it is recommended to use neutral detergents.

• Wipe the product with a dry cloth after washing the product.

• Don't forget that for personalized products you should not rub hard on the name as it may be damaged.

ARE THE 400 ML STAINLESS STEEL THERMOS WITH TEA INFUSER AND/OR THE 250 ML DOUBLE-WALLED GLASS BOTTLE WITH TEA INFUSER USED TO MAKE COFFEE?
