ONLINE STORE SERVICE HOURS
You can make your purchase online through our TRESSO® online store 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; however, shipments are made from Monday to Friday, explaining the process in detail in the SHIPPING section, and orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

TRESSO® prices may vary depending on the channel: online store, authorized distributors, promotions, etc.
TRESSO® reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Items are subject to availability, which the Customer must verify before processing payment. In order to validate the existence of the items and in case they are not available, the system will display the following legend “SOLD OUT” and/or “NOT AVAILABLE - WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!
SECURITY IN YOUR PURCHASE

BILLING
If you require an invoice, please request it via email: sending all the relevant data: RFC, complete tax address, as well as use of CFDI. The invoice will be sent to you within the requested month.
The appropriate information must be received from the requesting company within the same month in which the purchase was made; if it is done later, TRESSO® will not be able to provide said invoice.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR POSSIBLE LIMITATIONS ON THE WEB
TRESSO® is not responsible for any external problems that may occur during shipping, so we invite you to consult the conditions for making delivery guarantees effective on our suppliers' website before making your purchase.
The user acknowledges and accepts that the website is presented "as is" and "as available" and that it may be temporarily inactive or contain defects or present delays in operations or transmissions, as well as being subject to the operation and capacity of the infrastructure that supports it.
The user agrees that TRESSO® and its parent and subsidiary companies are exempt from liability in the event of loss or damage arising from misuse of the website or related in any way to the use and/or operation of the website's web pages, including any type of economic loss.
Payment Methods
If the payment method chosen is cash deposit, bank transfer or payment at OXXO , the customer will have a maximum period of 5 calendar days to make the payment and send the corresponding receipt to the email address ventas@tressso.com.mx . If the receipt is not received within the stipulated period, the order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TRESSO® is not responsible for any typographical errors.
All TRESSO® sales are governed by the laws of the city of Córdoba, Veracruz, Mexico and any dispute will be directed by competent courts located in Córdoba, Veracruz, Mexico.
No employee or agent of TRESSO® has the authority to vary the terms and conditions policies governing any sale.
TRESSO® 's liabilities shall in no case exceed the value of the products purchased by the customer.
Once payment has been made, purchase orders cannot be cancelled.
WINTER PERIOD (December 1 - January 15): During peak periods, we have a longer time to assemble and ship orders, and in the same way, during these seasons, parcel services have longer delivery times.

PROMOTIONS
Promotions will be valid for the period indicated in the advertisement for the same in the store and/or on social networks or until the stock of the product on promotion runs out, whichever occurs first.
PRE-ORDERS
Orders that include products that are in pre-order and products that are available for immediate delivery will be shipped within the date established in the pre-order. If required, it is possible to start the order assembly process for the available products and then send the pre-order product on the established date, this being subject (only this second shipment of the pre-order items) to a shipping charge of $99.00 by the buyer. REWARDS OR GIFTS FOR MINIMUM PURCHASE
As an incentive and as a thank you for purchasing, TRESSO® may offer a gift product (specified by TRESSO® ) or some reward, discount or other type of promotion, upon making a minimum purchase whose amount will be specified in the advertising of said promotion.
The delivery of said reward will be granted under the conditions stipulated in the promotion during its validity and/or until stocks of the indicated product run out, whichever occurs first.
2X1 PROMOTION: Two identical products must be selected for the promotion to apply.
