Being a tea, it comes from the Camellia Sinensis plant.
The authentic red tea It comes from the Yunnan region of China and is traditionally fermented in this province. For hundreds of years it was consumed only by the Chinese nobility. Due to its fermentation process in bamboo barrels, which can last from 2 to 60 years, the leaves and infusion have a beautiful copper color. Its unique characteristics: its unmatched complexity and above all its aging capacity, which allows it to acquire value as the years go by.
It is the only tea that is fermented and aged, which is why it is highly valued.

Flavor: Earthy, woody with notes of vanilla.
Preparation: 3-4g per 250ml of boiling water (100°C).
Infuse for 3-5 minutes and strain.
