Cleaning
- It is recommended to store it in a safe place, away from objects that could scratch it.
- To clean it, do not use scouring pads with thin steel fibers that can scratch the surface.

Cleaning in double-walled glass bottle with infuser for personalized herbal tea:
- Cleaning by hand is best, avoid using a dishwasher.
- It is recommended to gently wash the surface with sponges, to avoid damaging the product.
- For washing, it is recommended to use neutral detergents.
- We recommend that you clean the product with a dry cloth after it has been washed.
- Remember that for personalized products you should not rub hard on the name since since it is vinyl it can be damaged. The material is resistant to heat and water, but it should not be rubbed hard.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND CARE INCLUDED
IMPORTANT!
AVOID ACCIDENTS BY FOLLOWING EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AND/OR RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE MANUALS INCLUDED EVERY TIME YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE DOUBLE WALL BOTTLE WITH INFUSER. As it is made of glass, there is a risk of it breaking and causing injuries.
AVOID:
X Do not place the bottle near items with high temperatures.
X Do not use hot water over 90C (the water should not be boiling, the boiling point of water is 100C).
X Filling the bottle with water too quickly.
X Close immediately and do not let the water vapor pressure be released.Recommendations for correct operation:
1 Preheat the bottle ( if it is not preheated and it is cold, pouring hot water can cause it to crash), pour a small amount of hot water into the double-walled bottle, shake the water making it touch all the walls and let the bottle be preheated. Releases the steam pressure of the hot water inside the bottle
2 When you close the bottle, do so lightly, wait 5 seconds and unscrew the lid to let the water vapor pressure be released, then tighten the lid very well to seal completely and avoid spills and possible burns.
3 Make sure the filter is well placed to avoid spills.

In the event that your order requires customization, the average production time is 7 business days, independent of the days of parcel delivery.
If we are in high season for Hot sale, Good End or any other, the production time can be extended up to 10 business days.

Shipments from a minimum purchase of $1,499.00 are free, otherwise the shipping cost will depend on the volume of your purchase and the parcel service you choose, either Standard Shipping or Express Shipping (regularly they are amounts ranging from $139.00 to $250.00) .
