La nueva Z10 es una auténtica obra maestra de la ingeniería suiza que permite duplicar la gama de especialidades de café. Es capaz de preparar toda la gama de productos calientes, desde el intenso Espresso hasta el moderno Flat White, solo pulsando un botón. Pero no se queda ahí: gracias a las especialidades Cold Brew, abre, por primera vez, las puertas a todo un nuevo universo paralelo del disfrute del café. El artífice de todo ello es el mecanismo de molienda de reconocimiento de producto (P.R.G.) que detecta la especialidad seleccionada para adaptar de forma rápida y precisa el grado de molienda.

Además, tiene desarrollado el novedoso proceso Cold Extraction, una innovación refrescante de máxima categoría en el sentido más literal de la palabra. En este proceso, el agua fría se filtra lentamente por el café recién molido mediante impulsos. El resultado es una manera totalmente nueva de disfrutar el café: refrescante, energética y con un aroma totalmente equilibrado.

Esta máquina automática de alta gama se maneja a través de una pantalla táctil de 4,3 pulgadas de reacción rápida y el Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. Gracias al menú Speciality Selection, el manejo es especialmente sencillo e intuitivo. El salto cuántico a nivel tecnológico se ve reflejado en el diseño escultural.
