Shipping Policies

Once we have received your payment, we will automatically send you an email confirming your order. We will then send a second email with the tracking guide from our courier provider so that you can track your order directly on the courier provider's website in real time.
The user accepts the services of FEDEX de México S. de RL de CV or, where applicable, DHL EXPRESS MÉXICO SA DE CV as a means of delivery for orders generated in our online store.


Shipping rates may vary by weight and volumetric dimensions, as well as hard-to-reach places. Likewise, in extended areas, shipments, even if they exceed the minimum for free shipping, will generate an extra charge that must be covered 100% by the customer. If this is the case when generating the guide and the parcel platform indicates that this location generates this charge, the customer will be contacted to request payment and thus continue with the order preparation process.


Coffee honey orders that exceed the weight limit: If the weight exceeds 6 kg, an additional guide will be generated, generating an extra shipping cost. If this is the case, our team will contact you by phone to make the corresponding extra charges and subsequently make the shipment.
In case you are not available full-time at the address you registered for delivery of the merchandise, please consider having someone available to receive your order. Please note that we will NOT be able to adjust the shipping address once you have made your purchase.


TRESSO is not responsible for packages that are returned to origin when the courier indicates that it has made two delivery attempts and there was no one to receive the package, so you will have to cover the cost of another shipment so that we can send it to you again.


Shipments of non-personalized products will be made within 3-5 business days and personalized products within a maximum of 14 days, from Monday to Friday, regardless of the package delivery time, subject to product availability, payment confirmation time and warehouse and packaging processing time.
You can now invoice yourself within 5 calendar days of your purchase. After this time, we will assume that you do not require an invoice. For more information, see the billing section.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin shipping processing on the next business day. The time at which the merchandise leaves the store once it is placed in the parcel service is 5 pm Monday through Friday, so sales made after 12 pm Monday through Friday will be processed the next day, subject to product availability, warehouse processing time and packaging.


Unanticipated changes in supply may affect product availability and/or delivery time.


TRESSO is not responsible for the incorrect capture of information by the client, since our system saves the data exactly as it has been registered and in an unalterable manner, so if a package is returned by courier due to lack of information or an error in the address, the client must pay the cost of shipping their package again.

Shipments to the North of the Country.
Shipments to the states of Baja California, Baja California Sur, Nuevo León, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Tamaulipas, by law are subject to review by the courier companies, to verify that the contents of the shipment are legal items and means that the packages are subject to being opened and inspected, TRESSO is not responsible in any way for this act since it is totally out of our hands, if there were to be a case that when opening the package the corresponding authorities did not put back the complete merchandise or there was an error when putting together the package again, what follows is to open a case for clarification so that the courier company makes the corresponding physical or economic replacement, we can help them open the case but only that, the resolution time by the courier companies to give a response of compensation is 14 to 40 business days.


Extended Zone
There are unusual areas in the common routes of the parcel services that are considered extended zones, for which an extra cost is generated that ranges from $160.00 to $180.00 pesos. This information is provided to us by the FedEx parcel service only until the moment of generating the guide in the system, which is after the order is placed, since we generate the guide for the shipment manually on the FedEx platform.


By purchasing from TRESSO® you accept the terms and conditions of the FedEx parcel service, including a possible extra charge for extended areas, which vary constantly as they are updated by the system of said parcel service.
Please remember that when you buy from us you accept the policies of the courier companies we work with: FEDEX, DHL, ESTAFETA, UPS, so any clarification regarding shipping is subject to the policies of each courier company as appropriate.
