This 100% Arabica coffee belongs to our exclusive Espresso Collection line with a special roasting curve that results in the much desired extraction of an intense and flavorful espresso.
This unique variety is known as the champagne of coffee. It is one of the most exclusive varieties among coffee lovers worldwide because it is harvested from the highest lands.
The environment in which this variety is produced is so special that it has produced the highest-rated qualities in the world of coffee. The quality is due to the climate, its soil, its altitude and the exclusive selection of the best beans.
Its process is: Hand-washed and dried in the sun.
Harvested in the Sierra Norte of Puebla at 1400 meters above sea level.
In the Geisha variety it is common to find notes of mandarin, blackberry, mango, papaya, peach, pineapple, guava, jasmine, cinnamon and pleasant sweetness.
