Being a tea, it comes from the Camellia Sinensis plant.
Blue tea, also known as oolong tea , is a traditional Chinese tea that falls between green tea and black tea in terms of oxidation, giving it its distinctive blue hue. It is popular in Chinese restaurants and is characterized by its unique and prized flavor. The leaves undergo an airy oxidation process and sun exposure, shorter than that of black tea but longer than that of white and green teas. This results in a tea with an intense aroma, robust flavor and a reddish infusion, offering a unique balance between floral green tea and black tea.
Ingredients: Oolong tea.
Taste: Strong and bitter with a sweet aftertaste.
Preparation: 3g per 250ml of boiling water (80°C).
Infuse for 1-3 minutes and strain.
