It is a tea in the form of fine powder, bright light green in color and intense flavor, brought directly from Kagoshima Japan. Its leaves are hand-picked, the veins and stems are removed and finely ground in marble mills. It is considered the healthiest tea because the whole leaf is consumed, its special process gives it more chlorophyll, L-theanine, theine and antioxidants than other green teas, as it is placed in the shade 3 weeks before being harvested, which is why it is considered a super food.

Recommended preparation: It is recommended to use the utensils created for its preparation: chawan (bowl), chashaku (spoon) and chasen (bamboo whisk). It can be prepared with juice (half a teaspoon of Matcha in case of juice), blended and taken in the morning.
