Ingredients:

• Tulsi: It is considered an adaptogenic herb. According to Hinduism, it nourishes and harmonizes the spirit. It is used to calm the mind before meditation and facilitates the connection between body and mind. It helps relieve headaches, muscle tension, insomnia, general exhaustion, strengthens the functioning of the nervous system and balances the endocrine system.
