Double-walled glass bottle with infuser for personalized herbal tea:

  • Hand cleaning is best, avoid using dishwasher

  • For washing it is recommended to use neutral detergents.
  • We recommend that you clean the product with a dry cloth after washing.

IMPORTANT!
AVOID ACCIDENTS BY FOLLOWING EACH AND EVERY INSTRUCTION AND/OR RECOMMENDATION IN THE MANUALS INCLUDED EVERY TIME YOU USE THE DOUBLE-WALLED BOTTLE WITH INFUSER. As it is made of glass, there is a risk that it may break and cause injuries.

AVOID:

X Do not place the bottle near items with high temperatures.

X Do not use hot water over 90C (The water should not be boiling, the boiling point of water is 100C).

X Do not fill the bottle with water too quickly.

X Do not close immediately and do not allow water vapor pressure to be released.

IT IS NECESSARY TO:

Fill little by little with hot water, 20% and then the rest.

Recommendations for correct operation:

1.- Preheat the bottle (if it is not preheated and is cold, when pouring hot water it can break), pour a small amount of hot water into the double-walled bottle, shake the water so that it touches all the walls and let the bottle preheat. Release the steam pressure of the hot water inside the bottle

2.- When you close the bottle, do it lightly, wait 5 seconds and unscrew the cap to allow the water vapor pressure to be released, then tighten the cap very well to seal completely and avoid spills and possible burns.

3.- Check that the filter is properly placed to avoid spills.

WHAT IS THE TIME FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS?

Once your order is confirmed, the parcel delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Standard parcel service) or 1 to 2 business days (Express parcel service), however this time is independent of the order assembly time .

In the event that your order requires customization, the average production time is 7 business days, independent of the days of parcel delivery.

If we are in high season for Hot sale, Good End or any other, the production time can be extended up to 10 business days.

Due to external reasons, the delivery days of parcels may vary.

We do not have physical stores, our workshop is located in the municipality of Huatusco, Veracruz where we have our exhibition and sale of all products.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipments from a minimum purchase of $1,499.00 are free, otherwise the shipping cost will depend on the volume of your purchase and the parcel service you choose, either Standard Shipping or Express Shipping (regularly they are amounts ranging from $139.00 to $250.00) .
