We present our personalized laser engraving, which penetrates the engraved surface making your name impossible to erase.

IMPORTANT: For the shipping of personalized herbal tea bottles with infuser with name, the average production time is 14 business days independent of the shipping days.

Cleaning
- It is recommended to store it in a safe place, away from objects that may scratch it.
- To clean it, do not use thin steel-fibre scouring pads that may scratch the surface.
- It is recommended to wash it with warm water and avoid changing the water temperature during the washing process.
- It is recommended to use liquid soap for washing and soft sponges.
- It is recommended to let the water drain after washing and then dry with a cotton cloth.
Cleaning in double wall glass bottle with personalized tea infuser:
- Hand cleaning is best, avoid using dishwasher
- It is recommended to gently wash the surface with sponges to avoid damaging the product.
- For washing it is recommended to use neutral detergents.
- We recommend that you clean the product with a dry cloth after washing.
- Remember that for personalized products you should not rub the name hard, since it is vinyl and can be damaged. The material is resistant to heat and water, but it should not be rubbed hard.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND CARE INCLUDED
IMPORTANT: AVOID ACCIDENTS BY FOLLOWING EACH AND EVERY INSTRUCTION AND/OR RECOMMENDATION IN THE INCLUDED MANUALS EVERY TIME YOU USE THE DOUBLE-WALLED BOTTLE WITH INFUSER! As it is made of glass, there is a risk that it may break and cause injuries.
AVOID:
X Do not place the bottle near items with high temperatures.
X Do not use hot water over 90C (The water should not be boiling, the boiling point of water is 100C).
X Filling the bottle with water too quickly.
X Close immediately and do not allow water vapor pressure to be releasedRecommendations for correct operation:
1.- Preheat the bottle ( if it is not preheated and is cold, when pouring hot water it can break), pour a small amount of hot water into the double-walled bottle, shake the water so that it touches all the walls and let the bottle preheat. Release the steam pressure of the hot water inside the bottle
2.- When you close the bottle, do it lightly, wait 5 seconds and unscrew the cap to allow the water vapor pressure to be released, then tighten the cap very well to seal completely and avoid spills and possible burns.
3.- Check that the filter is properly placed to avoid spills.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipments from a minimum purchase of $1,499.00 are free, otherwise the shipping cost will depend on the volume of your purchase and the parcel service you choose, either Standard Shipping or Express Shipping (regularly they are amounts ranging from $139.00 to $250.00) .
